This type of session is perfect for a beginner, a person recovering from an injury, a seasoned yogi who wants to work on poses or ask questions about certain poses, or a yogi who just wants to receive one-on-one attention in a private space.
Depending on your needs, three or more private yoga sessions are recommended. Note that the first session will most likely include some time to discuss goals and craft an appropriate class. Future sessions will focus primarily on the student's needs and goals.
