Beginner's Yoga for Every Body is a four-week beginner's series to learn the basics, build confidence, and see if yoga is right for you.
Have you been wanting to try yoga but have been hesitant to attend a regular class? This step-by-step series is for beginners and those wanted to review the foundations of their yoga practice.
Are you concerned that you may not be fit enough or flexible enough or young enough for yoga? Props and adaptations are available for you to build confidence and ease.
Different from other beginner classes, Beginners Yoga for Every Body is taught in a sequential manner, which provides an ideal environment for learning.
Val Boyko, RTY 500, is an advanced Kripalu Yoga Teacher. She brings a wealth of experience and compassion for people who want to enjoy the benefits of yoga, especially in id life and beyond.
