Nina Yashina, CYT

Specialties: Restorative, Vinyasa, and Meditation


Nina started practicing yoga when an injury caused her to seek alternative forms of exercise.  She initially loved the physical challenge it presented, and soon grew to love it because it allowed her to connect with herself.


Nina completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training at the Marianne Wells School, where she not only acquired the skills to teach, but also deepened her personal practice and understanding of the yogic philosophies.


Nina has taken her practice beyond her mat.  She teaches recovery yoga and meditation at her workplace, and finds it to be a powerful tool to heal mind, body, and spirit.


When she is not working or teaching yoga, she likes to spend time with her dog and many chickens.


Nina is grateful, humbled, and excited to be able to share her practice and experience with those seeking to connect and to practice yoga.
